Teach members to turn a risky real-file post into a safe synthetic scenario before the community ever sees it.

## Artifact Contents

- No names, contact info, DOB, SSN, loan numbers, account numbers, or IDs.
- No exact property address, unique employer/business name, or file portal screenshot.
- No credit report, bank, tax, paystub, AUS, ID, appraisal, or title screenshots.
- Convert exact numbers to ranges unless exact precision is essential.
- Ask a structured question without asking the room to approve or deny the file.

## How To Use It

- Rewrite the sample risky post into a safe synthetic scenario.
- Label every removed item as PII, private document, identifying combination, or unnecessary detail.
- Post only the cleaned-up question format, not the original facts.

## Guardrail

Use synthetic or anonymized facts only. Remove names, exact property addresses, phone/email, SSN/DOB, loan numbers, account numbers, NMLS/customer IDs, unique employer or business names, screenshots, credit reports, AUS findings, tax docs, bank docs, and any combination of facts that could identify a borrower or customer.
