Lesson 1 · Content workshop

One Problem, One Post

Turn mortgage complexity into simple posts that teach one useful thing at a time.

Scenario

A member wants to post but keeps writing broad, generic content that sounds like every lender in town.

Learner Outcome

The member can create a post from one borrower question, one myth, one mistake, or one file lesson.

Skool summary

Good mortgage content solves one problem. Learn the hook, plain-English explanation, example, and next action.

1

The content unit

Use one problem, one explanation, one example, and one next action. If the post tries to teach rates, DTI, gifts, condos, and market timing all at once, it teaches none of them well.

2

Four source buckets

Pull topics from borrower questions, partner objections, file lessons, and guideline confusion. If someone asked it twice this month, it is content.

3

No hype CTA

End with a useful next step: save this, ask this before writing an offer, bring this question to your lender, or join the next live session. Avoid approval or rate bait.

Homework

  • Write three posts: borrower question, Realtor objection, and file lesson.
  • Remove any sentence that promises approval, savings, or market prediction.
