Webinar Follow-Up Funnel

Turn attendance into community activity, replies, and next-session momentum without spam.

Scenario

A webinar gets attendance, but the follow-up is a generic replay link and the momentum disappears by morning.

Learner Outcome

The member can write a three-touch webinar follow-up sequence that teaches, invites replies, and drives the next action.

Skool summary

A webinar is not done when Zoom ends. Use three follow-up touches: replay, applied prompt, and next-session bridge.

1

Three touches

Touch one sends the replay and strongest takeaway. Touch two asks for one applied reply. Touch three bridges to the next session or related classroom lesson.

2

Segmentation

Attended live, registered but missed, watched replay, and clicked artifact should not all get the same message. Segment by engagement when the tool allows it.

3

Tone

The follow-up should feel like a useful coach, not a webinar marketer. Lead with the thing they can use today.

Homework

  • Write the three-touch follow-up for a Monthly Market Myths webinar.
  • Create one variant for attended live and one for registered but missed.
