Borrower Update Rhythm

Create calm borrower updates that reduce anxiety without hiding risk.

Scenario

The file is moving, but the borrower is nervous because no one has explained what changed, what is pending, and when to expect the next update.

Learner Outcome

The member can send concise updates that separate done, pending, risk, and next action.

Skool summary

Use the done/pending/risk/next update rhythm so borrowers are not left filling silence with fear.

1

Four-part update

Every update should say what is done, what is pending, what risk or dependency remains, and when the next update happens.

2

Tone

Borrowers do not need every internal detail. They need clarity, timing, and confidence that someone is watching the file.

3

Risk without panic

Say: 'This is not a problem yet. It is the item we are watching because it controls the next step.'

Homework

  • Write a borrower update for a condition list, appraisal pending, and title delay.
  • Remove internal jargon and approval promises.
