Scenario
A member wants help and almost posts screenshots with names hidden but addresses, employer clues, credit tradelines, bank balances, and file numbers still visible.
Lesson 3 · Before/after drill
Teach members to turn a risky real-file post into a safe synthetic scenario before the community ever sees it.
A member wants help and almost posts screenshots with names hidden but addresses, employer clues, credit tradelines, bank balances, and file numbers still visible.
The member can identify PII/NPI, convert exact facts to safe ranges, and reject screenshots or documents as community inputs.
Skool summary
Before you post a file, scrub it. This drill turns a risky real-file paragraph into a safe, useful scenario.
Do not post screenshots or documents from credit reports, bank statements, paystubs, tax returns, AUS findings, IDs, portals, appraisal pages, title docs, or loan files. Partial redaction is not enough when the remaining facts can identify the person.
Use role, state or region, rounded credit range, approximate reserves, generic business type, property type, product path, and decision needed. Replace exact employer, property, account, loan, and document details with synthetic equivalents.
Admins may delete posts, comments, uploads, or screenshots containing borrower or customer information, even if partially redacted. The standard is protection first, explanation second.
